This past year I have had the pleasure of working with Colette Barry and her team at Healthy Fit Studio. I had done some preliminary videos for Colette marketing her tremendous exercise programs “The Barry Method” and “Wall Yoga” both trade marked by Colette and Healthy Fit Studios. Colette had used the videos and her expertise to land her an opportunity with Bayou Fitness to produce an exercise video to go along with their machine called the Total Trainer.
Colette had called upon myself to direct and come up with the video plan. I was very excited to take on this challenge and I am glad to say that the video is now available online at Bayou Fitness’s Web Site. And available with the purchase of one of their Total Trainers. Another reason why this project resonated so well with me, was that I firmly believe that all of Colette’s exercise programs are excellent for the mind and body. I have been doing the routines since I started the videos back in September and I am going to stick with the routine until I have it mastered, then I am sure Colette will have something else for my alignment and piece of mind. Once again, thanks Colette and the whole healthy fit studios team.

What a great web log. I spend hours on the net reading blogs, about tons of various subjects. I have to first of all give praise to whoever created your theme and second of all to you for writing what i can only describe as an fabulous article. I honestly believe there is a skill to writing articles that only very few posses and honestly you got it. The combining of demonstrative and upper-class content is by all odds super rare with the astronomic amount of blogs on the cyberspace.
