With everyone I know either looking for a full time, part time, or free lance work opportunity, I figured I would add a classified Job listing to my publication. I also wanted to add a couple things to note when deciding to look for a new job or opportunity.

Self Inventory

Take some time out to ask yourself questions about past employment or career choices you have made in the past.

Did the job make you feel good at the end of the day?

Am I working just for paycheck?

Do I contribute or come up with creative ideas?

Am I challenging myself daily with my career?

These are just a couple of questions to get the ball rolling. Here is another list that will prepare you for the current job market.

Is your resume currently updated using today’s design methods?

Do you know how to craft a cover letter to reach your target employer’s attention?

Keep a list of all the jobs that you sent your resume and cover letter to, and remember to follow up with their human resources or contact person after one week since you sent the package out.

Take online tests to prepare yourself for a new job. They can help you design your resume, cover letter and prepare you for interviews.

Make sure you have interview appropriate clothes when applying for new jobs.

Keep a positive attitude!

In today’s market it is best to stay competitive and well informed so that you can remain in demand. Review today’s jobs posted, and good luck and stay informed.

Summary

Lance “Tut Almighty” Foster generates much interest in the new year of 2012. TUT Almighty is not your average stereotypical hip hop artist. Originally from the state of Florida, Lance adopted the name “TUT” when he began his quest into the “rap battling” freestyle contests. Rap battling refers to when to two “MC’s” aka rap battlers face off by taking turns using their extensive rhyming and vocabulary to pick on the opposing battlers demeanor or look. Usually the audience judges the rap battlers on their techniques and flow. When Lance is not playing his rap alter ego character TUT Almighty, he can be found working at NASA Aerospace utilizing his degree in engineering. For this reason alone, he is “The World’s Most Interesting Negro” as he states as his twitter description at http://twitter.com/TUTALMIGHTY .

The video for TUT ALMIGHTY featuring Qnice called “What You Want” was produced in 2011 for heavy rotation in 2012. The video above was executive produced by Nap Gang Empire and taking the producer credit is Marlowe Taylor from Studio 76 in Cleveland, Ohio. The video was directed by John Lorince of Capture Motion Publishing (Yours Truly).

Even though the weather let loose with its first barrage of snow in the Cleveland, Ohio area, the early screening visitors were not to be upheld by mother nature. There was a full house of patrons at the Regal Cinema Movie theater in Richmond Heights, Ohio.

This was my first trip to see an early screening of a film courtesy of Paramount Studios and www.Gofobo.com. The Adventurers of TinTin became the perfect movie to treat my close friends to during the hectic season of holiday shopping.

Synopsis

TinTin is a animated 3d movie about a character named TinTin and his trusty dog Snowy that purchase a model treasure boat at a market and find out that there are many people that want this boat in their own possession. TinTin and his pup find out that the boat has a secret document enclosed in the boats that lead to a treasure.

The movies animation is created beautifully making the characters so realistic and the environments super life like. I am personally in awe of the professionalism of today’s animators using 3d technology. The marriage of animated movies and 3d technology will be something that we should see for some time to come.

The character TinTin (Jamie Bell) for me was a character that I learned to like early on, with his adult like demeanor and his child like spirit you rooted for him right away. And his dog Snowy was very funny the way he interacted with TinTin and his mannerisms were extremely life like.Andy Serkis’s character Captain Haddock is the original heir to the treasure being hunted by TinTin and his pup. Captain Haddock’s character is compelling in that he is battling alcoholism in his pursuit of helping TinTin find the treasure and battling Sakharine (Daniel Craig) and his cronies. The Thomson brothers are the comic relief for me played by Nick Frost and Simon Pegg. They played cops that were brothers that appear to be twins trying to the keep the town safe and become a supporting characters to TinTin in his quest to find the missing treasure.

Conclusion

Great movie to take your kids to see if they can follow action and a story line well. If your a fan of animation I feel this is a must see for I have not seen environments and characters made more real by 3d animation.

Yung Cj’s new release is beginning to get some views on YouTube! I had just looked at my statistics and YouTube is now offering monetization for this video I directed and produced in Cleveland, Ohio. The track is produced by hip/hop and rap super producer Mauly T of Studio 76 studios based in Cleveland, Ohio. Dr. Marlowe Taylor aka Mauly T has produced tracks for the likes of Bone Thugs and Harmony, Killer Mike, Chuck D of Public Enemy, and many others. Marlowe linked up with me and asked for me to produce a concept for Yung CJ’s new track called “Bangloose” and thought of a concept that Johnny Givens and I discussed a while back but never produced. So we gathered up the team and produced the video on super cold day in Cleveland, Ohio. My hands are numb just thinking of how cold it was. Special Guest appearance by notable photographer/actor Heather Lindgren.

Astrology and Me

I have had interests in Astrology ever since my early twenties. I am not going to go into the history of Astrology here, but I must mention that Astrologers have been highly regarded in societies that date back to the beginnings at Mesopotamia. However, most school systems did not add this bit of information to their history books, at least not for a high school education.

As of recently I had been compelled to learn more about the subject as I had scraped the surface in the past. But now I wanted to really know all the workings of its ancient study and language. So I was searching around the internet using keywords such as metaphysical, metaphysical studies, knowing yourself through the planets, and I landed upon the web site of Brian A. Hill.

Brian A. Hill – Humanistic Astrologer

At first glance the site was pleasing enough to the eye for me to start reading the text on the page. And this is where I found the best explanation of Astrology that I had heard from somebody other than the racket that was going on inside of my head.Brian A. Hill’s explanation of astrology, the heavens, and their ancient wisdom had intrigued me to contact him about a reading.A link to Brian’s Web site is http://brianahillsrq.wordpress.com/.

The Reading

Brian and I had exchanged a couple emails and I gave him my birth information and had arranged a call for the following Monday or Tuesday. Brian was very pleasant on the phone and we talked about my wants in this world and we had discussed my moon sign ( Capricorn ) and my Sun Sign ( Aquarius ). Brian gave me a good impression of knowing his craft for I had studied briefly and he had passed my tests quite simply. I liked his approach in which he calls “humanistic astrology” where he focused on what will make you happy as an individual in this lifetime and uses some practical steps to begin to achieve those goals. I do recommend him to anyone looking for some clarity on why you may be feeling a certain way about something, and hearing your thoughts being presented back to you can be a healing vibration. Or perhaps you are a person that feels they are not living their life to their expectations or wants. I do look forward to more conversations and or readings with Mr.Brian A. Hill my humanistic friend.

Just this past week, John Lorince has had the pleasure of writing, directing, and producing a cweb video commercial for Slater Zurz law firm from Akron, Ohio. They had come to John with the idea of producing a segment that speaks to the wrong doings of nursing homes all over the world. It speaks to victims of nursing home abuse and neglect and Slater and Zurz’s mission to end this type of behavior once and for all through dramatic legal recourse. Most of the time it takes severe monetary punishment for nursing homes and retirement villages to get the importance of providing humane care for their residents. It is all too often that greed sets in for these nursing home owners and they miss the mark an several key points such as hiring protocols to get the best employees, safety procedures, and cleanliness to name a few. To reach John Lorince for information on how to produce your web commercial or an other project you have in mind call him at 216-938-5546 or leave him a message here online.

I had recently decided to enhance my skill set in writing, and what better place to do this by visiting the Writers Guild of America’s web site and youtube channel. Just recently I found the video series listed above and thought any fan of writing for television and or movies should be hearing and seeing this. By all means I hope this makes you aware of their presence in the world and also their knowledge for us aspiring writers and content creators. For more information on the WGA please visit http://wga.org

Above is part 1 of a 4 part series that can be seen on http://www.youtube.com/user/wgadotorg#p/u/13/I7sts9cdShs

I have been having a very interesting day indeed, watching some great content on Sacred Mysteries TV YouTube channel, and then I fell upon this new lovely new artist that simply goes my Adey. I have done a search on the net and found a myspace page for her and that is it thus far. I know that I would definitely be lined up to work with her on a new video, film role, or anything that we both found interesting. I felt it would be unfair of me to not post her video for you all to see and hear mostly. Adey, if your out there reading this, give me a call, would love to work with you!

Give her new cd a listen by purchasing her new cd listed below
